What will Galileo cost my employees?

Your team's Galileo membership covers full comprehensive access to our clinical team for care and treatment, and has no copays or fees for your employees.

If your team member needs lab tests or prescriptions, those will be paid through typical health insurance co-pays and deductibles.

Can I offer Galileo to dependents of my employees?

You can offer Galileo to a dependent or spouse of one of your employees as long as they are are over 18 years old.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all types of credit cards.

How does Galileo work if I already provide insurance?

The Galileo app provides your team 24/7 health care from a team of experienced doctors anytime, anywhere. Your employees can use their health insurance for prescriptions, lab tests, or specialist visits outside of the Galileo app.

Our Patient Support Associates are here to help them navigate prior authorizations and the other complexities of insurance plan.

I don't have insurance, can I still use Galileo?

Yes! The membership fee will cover all the care you receive within the Galileo app. If you ever need services outside of the app (like labs, prescriptions, or specialist visits), you may need to pay out of pocket.

If this is the case, our team is here to help find an appropriate option for you, with or without insurance. You can send us a message navigating to the Galileo app homepage and selecting "Ask our patient support team".

I don’t have insurance, how will I be billed/charged for my medication?

You will be billed/charged through your selected pharmacy. Our team can help you research discount code options for specific medications—reach out to us at support@galileohealth.com with questions about this.

Will my medication be covered by my insurance?

This depends on your insurance plan and the specific medication. Our support team is here to guide you towards information about your insurance coverage and prescription costs. You can reach us at support@galileohealth.com with any questions.

Does Galileo accept Medicaid?

While Galileo is not a provider for traditional fee-for-service Medicaid, it is an in-network provider for select Medicaid managed care plans in New York and North Carolina.

If you sign up for our membership, please note it is not insurance. Your membership fee pays for services you receive within the Galileo app, includes immediate access to our team of expert doctors, medical consultations and advice, consolidation of your medical records, health reminders and more.

If your treatment plan includes a prescription, lab or a referral - your Medicaid program or plan can typically be applied for coverage of expenses outside of our services. We will do our best to alert you of cases where prescription medications, labs, or visits to referred specialists may not be covered by your Medicaid program or plan.
